大河 SOLO EXHIBITION 「交差点で踊りましょうか」

この度DDD ART 苑では現代アーティスト、大河紀による
個展「交差点で踊りましょうか」を9月26日(木)から10月6(日)の期間で開催いたします。

ある日、毎日踊っていた人が踊るのをやめた。
境界線は見えないだけで、あっちとこっちのちょうど真ん中、ここが交差点。あっちかこっちに行く前に、ここが交差点、踊りましょうか。

「交差点で踊りましょうか」は、さまざまな境界が交わる点/瞬間をテーマにしています。大河紀はこの個展を通じて、生と死、夢と現実、日常の中に潜む非日常や、境界が曖昧になる瞬間の美しさを探求します。日々を単なる享楽の追求ではなく、人生を真摯に受け止め、各瞬間を充実させようとする姿勢としての「快楽主義」を掲げる絵画が、鑑賞者へ踊ることを問いかけます。

One day, the person who danced every day stopped dancing.
The boundary is just invisible, right in the middle of there and here, this is the intersection. Before we go over there or here, this is the intersection, let’s dance.

“Shall we Dance at the Intersection?” is themed around the point/moment where various boundaries intersect. Through this solo exhibition, Nori Okawa explores the beauty of life and death, dreams and reality, the extraordinary hidden within the everyday, and the moments when boundaries become blurred. The paintings, which uphold “hedonism” as an attitude of taking life seriously and trying to fulfill each moment, rather than simply pursuing the pleasures of each day, ask the viewer to dance.
